Shipping & Return:

1.We usually send our goods derectly to our international buyers by EMS,DHL within 5-7days delivery.
2.All orders may take 1-3 business days (Mon-Fri) to process before being shipped. This processing Time is completely separate from the Shipping Time. Therefore, if you want to estimate Delivery Time, please consider the following:
Processing Time + Shipping Time = Delivery Time
3.Occasional delay in processing time or cancellation of order may occur when an item purchased is on backorder or out of stock.
4.Your items will be shipped after your payment method clears, usually within 1-2 business days. Frequently it will occur the day after payment clears.
5.If your order has not arrived in time, it may because of your country's custom clearing process. If it happends,please feel free to email us.
6.You will be notified by e-mail once your order is shipped so that you can get your order confirmation in time.
7.Please note that your order and any information within your order cannot be changed or canceled.

Return Policy:

1.If you want to return or exchange your placed order,you are responsible to pay the return and restocking fee.This is to cover the shipping back to us and the labor involved in handling your order.
2.Exchanges for a different size or color will be accepted by us within 30 days of the dispatch date of your original order.
3.We will refund or exchange the item only if the item received is not as stated in the auction.
4.Please note that if you want to use FedEx,then it will not deliver packages on Saturdays unless you charge a hefty surcharge.
